Food-Sense Hall Tests are used to obtain consumer sensory evaluation for a large-scale product evaluation prior to a product
launch. This can also help to gain feedback from a cross section of consumers with regards to your existing products and others on
offer within your category.
We use a variety city centre locations throughout the UK dependent upon the project requirements and the consumer profile needed.

We also take responsibility for preparing the products for consumers to taste should it be required.
All food can be freshly prepared at venues if needed with timings and presentation of products being carefully selected to match the
parameters of the research. We also have access to refrigerated storage and transportation should this be required.
Hall Tests could be an excellent way for you to gain an insight into what a large amount of people think about the
current product offering on the market, consumers and non-consumers of specific food products can be recruited and given the
opportunity to taste and assess specific ranges. This is also an ideal forum for gaining quick responses to the impact of a
packaging development or advertising campaign from a broad cross section of consumers.
